Rooted in South Asian craft traditions, Nora Veldt draws inspiration from the madder plant, Rubia tinctorum, historically central to natural dyeing and leather heritage. While finished in a deep, understated tone, its connection to Rubia lives in the philosophy behind the piece, patience, honesty of material, and respect for time.
Crafted from full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather and hand-stitched with Vinymo MBT tear-resistant thread, Nora Veldt is designed for movement. Its vertical form offers compact efficiency, comfortably holding your smartphone, cash, coins, and essential cards without excess.
The detachable strap allows effortless transitions between crossbody wear and in-hand carry. Finished with our signature natural balm, the leather develops a rich patina over time, recording use, travel, and life as it happens.
