In a world built for speed, we choose slowness. Each Markore piece is cut, stitched, and finished by hand. This means fewer items, but more meaning. It also means no two products are ever truly alike. And we like it that way.
We collaborate directly with artisans, many of whom come from generations of leatherwork tradition. They’re not just workers in our supply chain, they’re the reason Markore exists.
🌍 Sustainability With Substance
Sustainability isn’t a tagline for us, it’s a design principle. From raw material to final finish, we prioritize long-lasting quality over throwaway trends.
We use:
⦿ LWG Gold-rated leather from responsible tanneries
⦿ Vegetable-tanned and Ecotan® leathers that biodegrade naturally
⦿ Plastic-free packaging that’s fully recyclable
⦿ Natural beeswax finishes and tear-resistant Vinymo thread to extend product life
And because sustainability also means social impact, we commit part of our profits to fund free education — reinvesting into the future, not just the product.

Our supply chain is personal. We know the names of the people who craft for us. We visit their workshops. We don’t negotiate them down to the lowest price, we pay them what their time, skill, and legacy are worth.
We don’t believe in factory floors where speed kills creativity. Instead, we believe in empowering small-batch craftsmanship, where makers have dignity and pride in every stitch.

Markore exists to create things that last. But it also exists to serve. Beyond the product is a larger mission: to create better futures through education and equitable opportunity.
